Mnátra Meditation Course
A 6-Week Irish Meditation Course
Feel like there is never enough time?
Mnátra is the antidote to the daily grind where you’ll reshape your relationship with time to become freer yet feel fréamhaithe — rooted.
This is your sign to slow down, unlearn colonial busyness, and come abhaile — home to you.
Not only will you learn a cúpla focal Gaeilge but you’ll embody indigenous feasa—wisdom through six group sessions using ancient Irish mnátras that are 3,000 years old.
Each week you’ll create a sacred pause to explore your spiritual self whilst building an app-free habit you’ll have go deo — forever.
Mary-Ellen Saha will guide you to reconnect with your spiritual self through Irish Goddess myths that are fite fuaite —intertwined with nature.
