THE DEAD WOMAN’S CHILDREN

 And Other Tales

How do you get stolen? How do you steal someone back? Moving between here and the otherworld can be a tricky business, sometimes it’s a pinch of salt, a kind word, or the love of a friend. These stories will give you navigable maps between worlds, useful for when lost, bereft or just curious.

Stories of abduction, rescues, retrievals and resurrections told by one of Irelands finest storytellers.

With beguiling charm, wit and beautiful lilting voice Clare will lead us through stories within stories making the ordinary otherworldly and bringing the otherworldly closer to home.

Clare Murphy, originally from Dublin, is an outstanding Irish storyteller with an international reputation. She has performed everywhere from main stage theatres to medieval round towers. Her extensive repertoire embraces everything from myths, legends and political folklore to exploring where quantum physics, philosophy and mythology meet… No better guide and narrator could we get to lead us into the Otherworld and back out again..
