This week’s show shines a spotlight singer songwriter, Tim Logue, a new prodigy on the folk scene. Tim, who recently appeared in the film series ‘The ICC Seisiúns’, possesses a mesmerising voice, which has beautiful, unique tonality with touches of both his Irish and London heritage.

Tim is not only a wonderful singer, but also a powerful and deeply touching songwriter, who injects traditional Irish song writing and playing, with his own unique contemporary style.

Tim has gained an appreciation of Irish music, having learnt from the renowned Irish musicians Seamie O’Dowd and Steve Cooney. He has supported many leading Irish acts such as ‘Four Men and a Dog’, Dermot Byrne and Ciaran Tourish and he’s played at the ICC several times.

In this show Tim sings his own self-penned songs. There will also be tracks by Bob Dylan, Glen Hansard and Bagatelle.

Henry Scott Irvine presents the weekly Irish music and arts show, with special guests, the ICC’s Cultural Director, Rosalind Scanlon and Film-maker Sé Merry Doyle, who directed the series of 14 lockdown concerts, “The ICC Seisiúns”.
