Music for Mindfulness
Every Friday during the month of November between 2 pm – 3 pm please come to the ICC to join our wonderful Caitlin in our new Music Mindfulness Workshops. No prior musical experience is required to participate.
Each week you will get an opportunity to improvise music based around a dominant feeling or emotion within the group e.g. nostalgia, gratitude . There will be no sheet music or playing specific songs. The group creates the music under Caithlin’s expert guidance. We’ll provide basic percussion instruments such as a shakers, zylophones, and bells and bodhrans. All you need to bring is yourself and a willing attitude to participate. Workshops are £3 per class. Pay as you go. Tickets can be bought online or in person.
