Filíocht agus

This group welcomes anyone who enjoys the written word to participate. We do our very best to ensure that newcomers are always given a proper ‘Cead Mile Failte!’. While we are primarily an Irish poetry group, we have a wide range of reading material, and cover not only traditional Irish poets, but those of other nations, and are interested in the new poets. Our members also like to share interesting historical facts, articles, and whatever they feel would appeal to the group.

For those who enjoy listening to or taking part in reading poetry and prose from some of Ireland’s greatest poets and writers. No need to register. Just drop by, and be assured of a warm welcome.

Tuesdays, 11.30am-1.30pm – Free
