David O'Keeffe

            - General Manager

David was born in Dublin and since coming to London has pursued a successful career in broadcasting  as a Series Producer in factual and entertainment TV programming. He has worked with some of Britain's leading broadcasters including Alastair Stewart OBE,  Piers Morgan and Sir David Frost OBE, producing forensic interviews with some of our leading politicians including Prime Ministers, Chancellors and Secretaries of State as well as celebrity interviews with International stars of stage and screen. His programmes regularly attracted coverage in the broadsheet press.  As a media consultant, he has trained CEOs of leading international companies in the handling of media interviews and more recently he has been media and PR consultant to one of the Britain's leading music charities, the National Foundation for Youth Music, He also looked after their Ambassador programme, liaising with leading international artists and organised music gigs as part of the charity's fundraising initiative 'Give a Gig'.

William Foote

         - Assistant Manager

William is from Bangor, Co. Down, graduating from the University of Glasgow with a degree in History and Theatre, and a Master's degree from the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland in Classical and Contemporary Acting. From his studies and personal interests, William has gained valuable experience in events management and marketing having performed and worked with many theatre and film companies, most notably Shakespeare's Globe, London and Bard in the Botanics, Glasgow. He also launched his own theatre company 'Now What Theatre' which toured the UK and the USA, gaining fantastic reviews andwinning multiple awards, such as 'Best of the Fringe' at Capital Fringe, Washington DC, and 'Critics' and 'Audience Choice' Awards, Portland Fringe. William took a year out from the world of arts and became the assistant manager of a successful children's education company in London. He is very excited to be a part of the Irish Cultural Centre's management team, and believes it is the perfect role, allowing him to blend his passions of arts, history, and Irish culture into one. 


Francis Cahill

- Customer Service Assistant

Francis joined us in June 2017. Francis has many years experience working in venue hire and customer service and is a fantastic addition to the ICC team.
