Presented by Henry Scott-Irvine, Bright Side Of The Road will bring you highlights from The ICC Seisiuns, 14 Irish music concerts which were filmed at the ICC during lockdown by Dublins acclaimed Film Director Se Merry Doyle.

Featuring great Irish trad and folk music, with a touch of Celtic fusion and even a drop of opera, Bright side Of The Road gives you a chance to hear some of the very best Irish musicians based in London.

In the first episode, Henry Scott Irvine talks to The ICCs Cultural Director and Curator of The ICC Seisiuns, Rosalind Scanlon, about her life as a London Irish girl, growing up through Glam Rock and Punk Rock days, while also listening to her Dad’s Irish records.

Music in this show includes tracks from Van Morrison, Hot House Flowers, The Fureys and Ian Drury and The Blockheads.

This episode was broadcast on the 3rd and will be broadcast again on Wednesday 10th February at 11:30pm!
