SCARLET

SCARLET is an independent artist, songwriter, producer and visual artist from South East London, creating unique content from her bedroom.

SCARLET’s authentic sound which fuses genres such as Electronic Dance Music, Pop and Rock has brought her thousands of streams across all streaming platforms, interviews with magazines and blogs as well as plays on independent radio stations.

SCARLET’s music explores topics of her life: growing up in London, the troubles she has faced and just what it means to be young and trying to get through life in one piece.

clockwork graveyard:

Who is clockwork graveyard? bill grim + mi swaco + Malarkey Ruse.

A London based Hip/hop collective combining poetic and political bars with impressive and niche production from the sonic prophet Malarkey Ruse himself.

The trio have cosmic ties with quasi-conceptual Alt Hip/Hop Funk collective Kamriq Lareef, and their musical talents know no earthly bounds. Their debut album ‘Ink’ laid the foundations for an anticipated comeback in 2023 with their second album ‘Snow’, a project five years in the making featuring the richly constructed single ‘Find Peace’ (2023), showcasing the trio’s development as artists, solidifying their personas and unique sound.

The trio have their sights set on a future built on creative community and DIY culture with more artistic gigs and solo projects to come.

RubyK

RubyK’s music exists in the infinite realm between the mystical and the digital. Taking inspiration from their Celtic roots and the East-London urban landscape they were forged in. Their voice floats between mournful melodies and punchy hip-hop inspired lyricism. Laying down their vocalist roots as a member of the quasi-conceptual music collective Karmiq Lareef, they soon blossomed as a solo lyricist and MC through the guidance of creative collaborators clockwork graveyard. Music for RubyK is a means to spellcast, as a self-titled Urban Faerie, dissecting their hyper-sensitivity and attachment to folly in this dimension with a sense of introspection and connection to the collective consciousness.

DJ Lunechild

Born and bred South London, Lunechild’s musical taste reflects the diversity of her origin. Firmly rooted in sample culture, her interests cover the rich interconnection between jazz, jungle, and hip-hop. Brought up on a diet of Thievery Corporation and Portishead, these 2 foundations of the chillout style led to inevitable musical research into what these producers sampled, and their reflective philosophy of DIY record labels, global influences and global performances. Soundsystem, raw club aesthetics and dingy jazz bars all coalesce into a singular dimension. Lunechild’s style crosses borders, and crosses conventions bringing together the sound of London into cohesive sets filled with bridges between styles and genres without letting up.
