Poetry Day Ireland Writing Workshop with Demi Anter

To celebrate the 10th anniversary of Poetry Day Ireland, we invite you to a poetry workshop at the Irish Cultural Centre Hammersmith facilitated by poet and performer Demi Anter.

Attendees will be led through a series of creative writing exercises inspired by Irish poets, past and present. We will look at a wide variety of poems to gather ideas for our own writing. Participants will have a chance to share their work and receive feedback.

Prior experience writing poetry is not necessary. Anyone with a curiosity about poetry and Irish literature is welcome.
