Mnátra Meditation Course

A 5-Week Irish Meditation Course

If you sometimes feel overwhelmed by modern life, are drowning in a mara—sea of media and too many to-dos and you’d like to explore your spiritual self, Mnátra meditation offers a sacred slí—pathway away from the daily grind.

Building on Mary Ellen’s recent Celtic Wheel events at the Irish Cultural Centre, London (Marking Samhain, The Winter Solstice and Imbolc – St.Brigid’s Day), this 5-week meditation course goes níos doimhne—deeper into the psyche, unveiling positive emotions, inner —feminine wisdom and the power to mná-ifest (manifest) your kindest future, so you feel sona sásta—true contentment.

You’ll learn a simple three-step meditation method that you’ll have go deo—forever, whilst nurturing your self-belief and connecting deeply to your ancestors and heritage. You’ll ease your mind with the soothing sounds/mantras as Gaeilge. You’ll reclaim your instincts and renew your fuinneamh—energy as you come abhaile — home to the real you.

What is Mnátra Meditation?

Mnátra meditation is a transformative experience that honours our sacred connection to the environment through the ancient land-lore of Ireland. You’ll explore the Irish Goddesses who embody Mother Nature enabling you to sync with the seasons and harness your cuasnóg—special gift within. You’ll meet the Morrígan, Macha and Medb who’ll guide you to liberate yourself from overthinking to gain clarity and saoirse—freedom.

Mnátra meditation is designed to enhance wellbeing, cultivate síocháin—inner peace and reclaim inner feminine authority, whichever gender you identify as. A willingness to go on a turas—journey and trust in the process of self-discovery is all that is needed. Mnátra machnamh—meditation honours the diversity of the human experience and is suitable for gach aon daoine—everyone. It is especially beneficial for neurodivergent folks.
